Married since 1976, Connie and her husband Bob continue to grow young together. Both originally from Illinois and loving Door County, they, like many of Connie's client's today, purchased their Door County vacation home in 1976. In 1989, just 6 years after launching her real estate career, Connie and Bob purchased The Gilster Company and Vacation Properties Network under the corporation of Door County Realty, Inc.

Connie serves as Vice-President of Door County Realty, Inc. and her husband, Bob Erickson is President. She has also continued to successfully represent buyers and sellers in a market that continues to grow.
